Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 29, 2026

Weaver Nest Education (“Weaver Nest,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit weavernestpath.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — name, email, phone number, student details, and any message you send via our contact or consultation forms. We also receive limited information automatically from your browser, including IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location, through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, deliver our consulting services, send transactional emails, prevent fraud and abuse, improve the website, and measure the performance of our marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers and tracking technologies

We rely on the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy: Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (analytics and conversion measurement, including Google Consent Mode v2), Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram advertising measurement), PostHog (product analytics), Vercel Analytics (aggregate page-view metrics), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on forms), SendGrid (transactional email delivery), and Google Sheets (form-submission archival). These providers may set cookies or similar identifiers when permitted by your consent choices.

Cookies and your choices

We use a consent banner on first visit. Advertising and analytics trackers (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel) only load after you accept. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser. Strictly necessary cookies — such as those used by Cloudflare Turnstile to verify form submissions — always load.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. We treat the use of advertising pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) as “sharing.” Decline the consent banner, or email us, to opt out.

Data retention

We retain inquiry data for as long as needed to respond and provide ongoing services, and afterwards for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Aggregate analytics data may be retained according to each provider’s default retention period.

Children

Our services are directed at parents and guardians of K-12 and college-bound students. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental involvement. If you believe a child has provided us information without consent, contact us and we will delete it.
